The 2017 Festival of Whales Parade is scheduled on March 4. – The Parade begins promptly at 10 AM with a route along Pacific Coast Highway beginning at Selva Road and ending at Golden Lantern in Dana Point.
Post 9934 will be in the Parade with a Color Guard and Marching unit from MAG-39, Camp Pendleton, our own Color Guard, various vehicles and a walking unit of members of the Post and the Auxiliary. A special feature this year will be a group of World War II Veterans as part of the national observance of the 75th Anniversary of the War.

Parade forms at the parking lot at Strand Beach, on Selva Road just past Pacific Coast Highway.
Participants should be at the parking lot by 9:00. Parade Marshalls at the entrance to the parking lot can tell you the location for Post 9934.
